Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar operations and ensure high-quality drink preparation
- Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and wastage control
- Develop and introduce new cocktails and seasonal bar menus
- Train bar staff on mixology techniques and guest service excellence
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor in luxury hotels
- Advanced mixology skills and knowledge of diverse beverage products
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS operations
- Creative mind for menu development and bar promotions
