Position: Sales Manager – Proactive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and site inspections for potential corporate and group clients.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive revenue growth through proactive relationship management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Minimum three years experience as a Sales Manager in the luxury hotel sector.
- Proven track record in proactive sales and business development.
- Strong network within the Surabaya corporate and travel market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results oriented and proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English is essential for client meetings and reporting.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management.
