Position: Guest Service Attendant / Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk
- Includes reception, check in / out, and rooming of all hotel guests
- Assisting them with other inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest service or front office role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to guest service
- Indonesian citizenship required due to work permit restrictions
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and proactive spirit
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
