Position: Concierge Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma III in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related subject
- Proven experience in concierge or guest services within a hotel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of local attractions, transport, and services
