Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive total revenue performance. You will be responsible for developing high-level sales strategies, mentoring our sales team, and securing key partnerships that solidify Zuri Express as the leading “Smart National Chain Hotel” in the region.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed hotel revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team (executives and admins), monitoring their individual KPIs and performance
  • Manage relationships with top-tier corporate clients, major travel agencies, and OTAs (Online Travel Agents)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar managerial position, preferably within the hotel industry
  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing
  • Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Power Pro) and digital sales tools
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; fluent in English
  • Must possess a valid SIM A license for business travel
  • Available to join immediately
