guest’s experience is warm, engaging, and memorable, reflecting the resort’s
serene and artisanal ambiance.

General Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer satisfaction–oriented.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a luxury or boutique resort (for the Supervisor role).
• Able to join immediately and adapt to flexible schedules.

Role-Specific Highlights

Hostess Supervisor:

• Oversee the hostess team to provide a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements.
• Maintain service standards and ensure brand image is upheld.
• Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring consistent service quality.

Hostess:

• Welcome guests upon arrival, guide them to their tables, and provide resort-related information.
• Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours, ensuring minimal wait times.
• Collaborate with servers and other staff to maintain a friendly, organized atmosphere.
