Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operations as Duty Manager or similar position
– Strong operational and supervisory skills
– Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and efficiently
– Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities
– Fluent in English, both verbal and written
