Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Preferably 2 years of experience as Duty Manager or similar role
- Hotel or Business School graduate with a strong operations background
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle guest issues and operational challenges under pressure
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
