Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Preferably 2 years of experience as Duty Manager or similar role
• Hotel or Business School graduate with a strong operations background
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle guest issues and operational challenges under pressure
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
