Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all Front Office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise Front Office staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective upselling and inventory management.
  • Ensure all brand standards and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or senior FO supervisor.
  • Pre-opening experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Well-groomed with a professional and positive demeanor.
