Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train, motivate, and manage the entire Front Office team.
- Expertise in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera), guest relations, and managing VIP experiences.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing room revenue.
- Ability to handle guest escalations with a high degree of professionalism and empowerment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Must embody the “Great Place to Work” culture by fostering a positive team environment.
