Position: Guest Service Agent (DW)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience required; resort experience preferred
- Seeking an independent, forward-thinking, and creative team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest service procedures.
- Ability to handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Fluent in English.
