Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in front office operations
– Leadership and team management abilities
– Strong customer service skills
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Good knowledge of PMS and front office procedures
– Able to handle guest complaints professionally
