Position: ASSISTANT VILLA MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing all aspects of the villa operations.
• Supervise and train villa staff, including butlers and housekeeping.
• Ensure all villas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Handle guest check ins, check outs, and any special requests or issues.
• Manage staff rosters and daily assignments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role in Front Office or Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury villa resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional problem solving and guest recovery skills.
• Detail oriented with high standards of service.
• Proficient in hotel management software (PMS).
• This position is available for Indonesian nationals only.
