Position: ASSISTANT VILLA MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing all aspects of the villa operations.
- Supervise and train villa staff, including butlers and housekeeping.
- Ensure all villas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
- Handle guest check ins, check outs, and any special requests or issues.
- Manage staff rosters and daily assignments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role in Front Office or Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury villa resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional problem solving and guest recovery skills.
- Detail oriented with high standards of service.
- Proficient in hotel management software (PMS).
- This position is available for Indonesian nationals only.
