Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all front desk duties, including check in, check out, and processing reservations.
  • Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Manage financial transactions and maintain a balanced cash float.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
  • Positive attitude and good communication.
  • Team spirit and service minded.
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Fluent in English.
