Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform all front desk duties, including check in, check out, and processing reservations.
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Manage financial transactions and maintain a balanced cash float.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Fluent in English.
