Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform all guest check in and check out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort and local area.
- Manage guest billing and payment processes.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Unique, creative and innovative.
- Strong leadership and highly committed.
- Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed.
