Position: Telephone Operator
Qualifications:
– Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
– Experience as a telephone operator preferred
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Pleasant voice and service-oriented
– Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Good computer skills
