Position: Shop Attendant (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s retail shop.
• Curate and maintain the visual merchandising of the shop, seeing retail as art.
• Ensure the shop space feels welcoming and beautifully arranged, like the “Garden of Eden”.
• Assist guests with product information and complete sales transactions.
• Handle inventory, stock, and replenishment of shop items.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments on design and curation projects.

Qualifications:

• A big personality with a strong interest in design, collaboration, and product curation.
• Previous experience in retail, visual merchandising, or a similar guest facing role is preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain the shop’s unique aesthetic.
• A team player who is humble, kind, and brings a fun attitude to work.
• Flexible and reliable, available for a Daily Worker (DW) schedule.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
