Position: Shop Attendant (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s retail shop.
- Curate and maintain the visual merchandising of the shop, seeing retail as art.
- Ensure the shop space feels welcoming and beautifully arranged, like the “Garden of Eden”.
- Assist guests with product information and complete sales transactions.
- Handle inventory, stock, and replenishment of shop items.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments on design and curation projects.
Qualifications:
- A big personality with a strong interest in design, collaboration, and product curation.
- Previous experience in retail, visual merchandising, or a similar guest facing role is preferred.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain the shop’s unique aesthetic.
- A team player who is humble, kind, and brings a fun attitude to work.
- Flexible and reliable, available for a Daily Worker (DW) schedule.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
