Position: Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Act as the warm, witty, and soulful main point of contact for all guests.
• Manage guest check in and check out procedures, ensuring it’s the beginning of a great story.
• Personalize the guest experience by anticipating needs and celebrating special occasions, like birthdays.
• Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests seamlessly.
• Promote all hotel services and outlets to enhance the guest’s stay.
• Handle all guest feedback with a positive and solution oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar Front Office role, preferably in a lifestyle or 5 star hotel.
• A person whose love language is hospitality, always ready with a smile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• A team player who can “come as you are” and believes in working together.
• Ability to “think big and believe” in creating memorable guest experiences.
• Humble, kind, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
• Strong problem solving skills and a creative mindset.
