Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as Duty Manager or supervisory role in Front Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficient in front office systems and hotel operations
- Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
