Position: Duty Manager

Your Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
  • Strong leadership and decision making abilities.
  • In depth knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel emergency procedures.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to handle difficult guest situations.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the manager on duty.
  • Supervise the Front Office team, ensuring all procedures are followed and guest service standards are met.
  • Handle any guest complaints, emergencies, or security issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with check in/check out of VIPs and provide support to all departments as needed.
