Position: Duty Manager
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
- Strong leadership and decision making abilities.
- In depth knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel emergency procedures.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to handle difficult guest situations.
- Fluent in English and proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the manager on duty.
- Supervise the Front Office team, ensuring all procedures are followed and guest service standards are met.
- Handle any guest complaints, emergencies, or security issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with check in/check out of VIPs and provide support to all departments as needed.
