Position: Welcome Crew (FDA – Female)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, energetic Yello attitude.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel’s PMS.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain an accurate cash float.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and local Bandung attractions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
- Female candidate, with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A positive, energetic, and tech-savvy personality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
