Position: Front Desk Agent Daily Worker – Female

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Process payments and manage cash float accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year experience in similar position
• Able to operate Ms. Office and Hotel System
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
• Have a good communication skill in Bahasa and English will be advantage
• Well groomed, hard worker, positive attitude, hospitality oriented
