Position: Front Desk Agent Daily Worker – Female
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Process payments and manage cash float accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in similar position
- Able to operate Ms. Office and Hotel System
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
- Have a good communication skill in Bahasa and English will be advantage
- Well groomed, hard worker, positive attitude, hospitality oriented
