Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
  • Creative and passionate about culinary excellence
  • Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Ability to maintain food quality and hygiene standards
