Position: Demi Chef Cold Kitchen

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience, with specific experience in the Garde Manger or cold kitchen.
• Experience in a 5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
• Strong skills in preparing salads, appetizers, charcuterie, and other cold dishes.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in presentation.
• Good knowledge of food safety (HACCP) standards.
• Ability to work well within a team in a high pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and executing all cold kitchen dishes, including salads, appetizers, and pates.
• Ensure all food items from the station meet the resort’s high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times.
• Manage inventory for the cold kitchen, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste.
• Adhere strictly to all recipes, standards, and food safety regulations.
