Position: Chef de Partie – All Day Dining

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a busy All Day Dining or main restaurant setting.
• Strong expertise in various culinary sections (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, production).
• Ability to manage and oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality and portion control.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international and local Indonesian cuisine is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to train and supervise junior cooks while maintaining a positive and productive kitchen environment.
• Adherence to the highest standards of sanitation and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP).
