Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in Front Office
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
