Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
  • Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine.
  • Proven skills in food cost control, menu planning, and kitchen leadership.
  • Creative and innovative approach to culinary trends.
  • Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff effectively.
