Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Front Office supervision
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (VHP system preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
• Professional grooming and ability to handle pressure
