Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Front Office supervision
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (VHP system preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Professional grooming and ability to handle pressure
