Position: Reservation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Reservation Department, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing booking channels and inventory distribution effectively in the Makassar market.
- Manage and train the reservations team, ensuring they adhere to Hyatt brand standards and service protocols.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain strong communication with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to align strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Reservation Manager or a senior role in a high-volume hotel reservations department, preferably with an international brand like Hyatt.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of PMS, GDS, and revenue management systems is essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex pricing and inventory issues.
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict revenue targets in the competitive South Sulawesi market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
