Position: Reservation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Reservation Department, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing booking channels and inventory distribution effectively in the Makassar market.
• Manage and train the reservations team, ensuring they adhere to Hyatt brand standards and service protocols.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain strong communication with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to align strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Reservation Manager or a senior role in a high-volume hotel reservations department, preferably with an international brand like Hyatt.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PMS, GDS, and revenue management systems is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex pricing and inventory issues.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict revenue targets in the competitive South Sulawesi market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
