Position: Guest Service Attendant (Female)
Responsibilities:
- Provide honest, sincere, and personalized service to guests, upholding the resort’s commitment to exceptional experiences.
- Handle all guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently, courteously, and with excellent attention to detail.
- Manage room reservations, requests, and billing procedures accurately using the Property Management System.
- Proactively engage with guests, possessing strong organizational and multitasking skills to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure excellent team spirit and a willingness to go the extra mile, believing that guests are part of our extended family.
Qualifications:
- Have experience min. 1 year at the same position, with a hotel background preferred, especially in Guest Relations in Nusa Dua.
- Minimum Education D1 (Diploma 1) or higher in Hospitality or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both verbal & written and computer skills are mandatory.
- Excellent team spirit, attention & patience for customers, good personality and appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to join immediately, demonstrating high motivation and readiness for the role.
- Must be an individual with genuine passion to provide personalized service.
