Position: Guest Ambassador (Guest Service Agent)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
