Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
