• Experience in hotel sales with focus on leisure, corporate or group segments
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with commercial awareness
• Proficient in CRM and reporting to track pipeline and performance
• Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused approach
