Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel sales with focus on leisure, corporate or group segments
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with commercial awareness
- Proficient in CRM and reporting to track pipeline and performance
- Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused approach
