• Experience in front office or guest services at a resort or hotel
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in PMS and basic computer applications
• Ability to handle check-ins/check-outs and guest enquiries efficiently
• Professional appearance and ability to work flexible shifts
