Position: Resort Host / Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Experience in front office or guest services at a resort or hotel
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in PMS and basic computer applications
- Ability to handle check-ins/check-outs and guest enquiries efficiently
- Professional appearance and ability to work flexible shifts
