Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience in reservations or a related role at a five-star property
• Diploma degree in hospitality or relevant education background preferred
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures is an advantage
