Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, specializing in banquets
• Extensive knowledge of Western and Indonesian cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to manage a large-scale kitchen operation efficiently
• Creative and able to develop new menu concepts
