Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, specializing in banquets
- Extensive knowledge of Western and Indonesian cuisine
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Ability to manage a large-scale kitchen operation efficiently
- Creative and able to develop new menu concepts
