Position: Reservation Agent (Apprentice)

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate from a reputable hospitality school or university.
  • Eager to learn and develop a career in hotel reservations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
