Position: Jr. Sous Chef (main kitchen)

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a high-standard kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Leadership potential with experience in supervising junior kitchen staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
  • Indonesian citizens only.
