Position: Concierge Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge team.
  • Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is a significant advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of Jakarta and its attractions.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English.
