Position: Director of HR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10–12 years of HR experience in hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a luxury resort or 5-star international brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, government regulations, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Solid background in HR budgeting, cost optimization, and manpower productivity analysis.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
