Position: People & Culture Internship
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture (HR) department.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and build a career in hospitality HR.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to develop talent through Accor’s learning programs.
