Position: HR Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry, with proven experience in a managerial role.
• Thorough understanding of Indonesian labor law and government regulations.
• Hands-on experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ability to support HR strategies and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
