Position: Chef De Partie (Indonesian Cuisine – Fine Dining)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with a specialization in Indonesian cuisine, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indonesian cooking techniques.
