Position: Steward Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all stewarding operations, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste management.
- Manage the inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and kitchen equipment.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of the stewarding team.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a senior stewarding role.
- In depth knowledge of HACCP and kitchen sanitation regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.
