Position: Demi Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking high quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen during service.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced team.
• Creative and passionate about food and cooking.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
