Position: Demi Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking high quality dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen during service.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced team.
- Creative and passionate about food and cooking.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
