Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or as a Front Office Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of front office operations and property management systems.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills for handling guest relations.
• Team spirit and service minded approach to daily operations.
