Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or as a Front Office Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of front office operations and property management systems.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills for handling guest relations.
- Team spirit and service minded approach to daily operations.
