Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Team spirit and service minded.
