Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources role, hotel pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
• Ability to assist in building a positive and productive work culture.
