Position: HR Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources role, hotel pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
- Ability to assist in building a positive and productive work culture.
