Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Creative in menu creation and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening kitchen environment.
