Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise and passion for Japanese cuisine.
• Creative in menu creation and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening kitchen environment.
