A brand-new hotel under Kotta Hotels & Resorts is coming soon to the heart of Semarang (Simpang Lima)! We are looking for passionate individuals to join our pre-opening team and help shape the future of this exciting new property. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team and build a legacy from the ground up, offering premier hotel jobs in Semarang.

Position: Marketing Communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in hospitality.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for a hotel launch is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to build a strong brand identity from scratch.
