Position: Front Office Agent – Chinese Speaker (25148980)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Service role, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Professional demeanor with a strong focus on providing exceptional and personalized guest service.
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
